FlatRacer BMW Airhead Boxer stainless steel Fastener Set

This kit comprises the vast majority of all of the external fasteners on a BMW R2v Airhead Boxer bike. Please note that is not a fully comprehensive kit with all the fasteners required to assemble one of these motorcycles, only the most visible fasteners are included. 

The majority are individually hand turned on a lathe to a high standard of finish. 

Each kit contains from 190 to 250 items, depending on the model. The kit includes drain & filler plugs plus the the engine studs, often rusted in place. It also includes our s/s top steering centre nut (or top bolt f/ R45/65) with 16mm BMW enamel badge and s/s swing arm pivot covers with fittings.

This kit means no more rusty bolts, the stainless fasteners are easy to clean and maintain. However, it is most important to coat all threads with copper grease or molybdenum disulphide grease and not over tighten it. 

NB: Please note that is not a fully comprehensive kit with all the fasteners required to assemble one of these motorcycles, only the most visible fasteners are included. However, if there is a particular fastener(s) that you require, please do let us know and we will try to source it for you, if available for a small additional cost with this kit.
