This repair sale includes our new and improved heavy duty black vinyl replacement seat cover, double skinned and padded, with the correct hot pressed pleated type pattern. 

Built to our exact specification, this seat cover is quite unique as it is padded and double skinned, far superior in looks and durability compared with other aftermarket replacement covers.

This kit will suit the dual seat fitted with a separate cowl, first seen on the BMW R90S and later improved for better grip with a pleated design (this later type)

It also includes a accurate replica of the original seat foam for this seat, mould injected with the correct density, fairly firm for comfort, especially on long journeys.

This seat cover fits all the BMW R90S and /7 Series (76-84) cowl type (faired) dual sport seats.

This particular dual seat was first introduced with the 1973 BMW R90S and was designed by Hans Muth (along with the other body work items, including the iconic R90S cockpit fairing). It was subsequently offered for the first R100 RS models (for those who did not wish to ride solo with the standard 3/4 seat) and later extended to the rest of /7 Series models.

Very useful cover and foam kit that allows you to restore the original seat, keeping your bike's authenticity. This is a rare and sought after seat nowadays as most rusted quite badly and rendered unusable.
