- 1 x FlatRacer BMW R65, R80 & R100 Monolever replacement stainless steel hinges (front & rear - pair)
Excellent replacement pair of stainless steel hinges for the BMW Monolever (85 on) seat bases.
Corrosion resistant unlike the originals and much sturdier, made of 4mm thick stainless steel plate, accurately laser cut and CNC bent for a precision fit.
It incorporates the important 5mm limiter pin, pressed in place.
These hinges replace the commonly fitted original BMW items fitted to these seats that equipped:
BMW R65 Monolever
BMW R80 Monolever
BMW R80 RT Monolever
BMW R100 RT Monolever
BMW R100 RS Monolever (87 on)
Can be fitted to several other aftermarket/replica seats that use similar hinges including our own replicas and Cafe Racer seats and tail kits (made to order).
IMPORTANT:
1 - These replace the original TWO hole ANGLED type hinges fitted to most BMW Monolever models made after 1985. Please look carefully at the photos to ensure these are the correct ones for your bike or contact us for more info.
2 - If your bike is fitted with the earlier type 2 hole angled type hinges or three hole hook hinges (pre 1984 models), please see our other listings for the similar stainless steel replacements we have available for sale.
3 -If you need to repair your seat base (commonly corroded/rotten around the seat hinges), please contact us for advice and parts, we can supply strong rivnuts, stainless steel fasteners etc to help you repair your seat base.
