FlatRacer BMW K series (2v) valve shim tool 11-1-720

This tool assembly is similar to the original factory workshop tool but designed and improved by us to enable you to quickly and safely remove the BMW K series (2 valve models only)  engine intake and exhaust valve shims (fitted on top of the cam followers on these engines).

The hook tool compresses the cam followers, allowing to remove the existing valve shim, measure it, calculate new size required according to the previously measured valve clearance and fit a new shim in place. 

The block tool fits between the camshaft and the edge of the cam follower (once pressed in with the hook tool), locking it in place whilst the old shim is removed and a new one is inserted.
