Very high quality reproduction replacement of the First Aid / I. Hilfe Set transfer sticker label, originally fitted to the BMW /6 & /7 Series (73-84).

These are usually fitted to the LH battery side cover/panel and/or under the seat, pointing to the front if your seat has a front compartment with lockable lid for the first aid kit. 

As an interesting fact, these seats were not overly popular and were short lived as that front compartment reduced the foam thickness by a fair amount thus many riders complained of lack of comfort.
