Designed as straight replacement for the flip up caps fitted to the larger Euro and smaller Toaster tanks fitted on the BMW /5 and /6 Series plus the R90S (1970-1976).

IMPORTANT:
1 - Fitting this cap is fairly straight forward by punching out the retaining pin of your old tank cap and replacing with this new cap. Fitting the pin requires careful use of suitably sized pin punch and a small hammer. Care should be exercised not to hurt yourself or damage your paintwork. We would recommend positioning an old rag/towel or similar around the tank cap so the paintwork is somewhat protected in case the pin punch slips.
