This kit features:
- FlatRacer billet alloy triple clamp / top yoke - brushed satin anodised alloy finish
- FlatRacer pair of stainless steel/bronze fork pre-load adjusters complete with black nylon spacers
- FlatRacer polished s/s fork top washers
- FlatRacer s/s top steering nut and 16mm enamel BMW badge.
Our billet alloy triple clamp is made of aero grade T6 alloy, milled and machined to our unique specifications. We've designed it to match in looks the lower yoke and offer superior performance. Its weight alone testifies the sturdiness of the design, with over 600gr.
The triple clamp is finished in a tough, long lasting anodised satin brushed alloy finish with our logo discreetly etched at the front.
This exquisite triple clamp will help increase significantly the torsional rigidity of the telescopic forks and provide positive location and parallelism.
Its underside thick cross beam section apes the original lower yoke for extra strength and torsional rigidity, unlike any other clamp on the market place.
Our triple clamp will allow you to slide through the fork stanchions thus enabling you to lower the front end, if required.
The stainless steel & phosphorous bronze fork pre-load adjusters allow fine tuning for the suspension pre-load according to the roads ridden and riding style.
It also includes our ever so popular stainless steel steering stem top centre nut, complete with a 16mm enamel BMW badge (not cheap plastic/resin type).

Fits all the BMW Airhead Boxer /5, /6 & /7 Series models, made between 1970 and 1984. Please not that this kit will NOT fit the later Monolever, R45/65 (78-84) and the Paralever models such as GS. R100R and Mystic models.
IMPORTANT:
1 - Suitable only for use with clip on handlebars. However, if you wish to use yoke mounted handlebars and risers, our triple clamp yoke can be easily drilled/milled by a competent local machinist to you.
2 - If using the original BMW headlight pegs, these may need trimming to clear the thicker triple clamp. We sell alternative chrome & stainless steel headlight pegs with the same geometries and offering the same stance. Please check out other listings or contact us for more details.
3 - The 16mm BMW enamel badge has a 3M adhesive backing. However, to ensure proper and safe fit, the nut recess surfaces needs to be thoroughly cleaned and de-greased. We strongly recommend that you also apply a tiny drop of superglue or similar applied to the badge backing.
