Will fit all 16mm (OD) push rod tubes, commonly fitted to the late BMW /6 Series and R90S, /7 Series, R45/65 (typ 248), Monolever, Paralever and all GS models. produced  after September 1975.

If in doubt, please measure your pushrod tubes Outside Diameter (OD) as often these engines have been modified or replaced.

Similar punch drift tool available for the earlier models made before September 1975 (16mm OD).Please check our other listings.

ADVICE:

When removing the pushrods or installing these in place, it is advisable to gently heat the alloy cylinders first, either in a oven (if you have access to it) or with a heat gun. Care should be exercised as excess heat can distort the cylinders.

When re-fitting the pushrod tubes, these should be ideally placed on a fridge freezer for a few hours so the metal contracts, aiding its installation into place.
