1 x FlatRacer 7" Flyscreen - glossy white gel coat/fibreglass construction

1 x FlatRacer 197mm acrylic headlight cover - pre-fitted, including s/s fasteners + rubber washers

1 x FlatRacer BMW chrome/stainless steel pair of headlight pegs w/ fork rubber sleeves (36mm or 38.5mm)

1 x FlatRacer stainless steel FlyScreen side mounting brackets (pair) incl. s/s fasteners + rubber washers

Our FR Universal 7" FlyScreen is made of thick, sturdy fibreglass, finished in glossy white gel coat. Built to our usual high standards with particular attention played to the outer surface (no air bubbles or other unsightly marks). The edges carefully trimmed and fine sanded. We also pay special care to the inner surface where we apply a final fine fibreglass tissue for a fairly smooth and consistent look.

Uniquely, we've designed a recessed lip for the headlight opening that accepts a flush mounted acrylic headlight cover, 197mm in diameter. The acrylic cover offer a great degree of protection to the expensive headlight glass, plus it is more aerodynamic.

This kit comes complete with all the required chrome/stainless steel headlight pegs, fittings and fasteners to suit the BMW R2v Airhead Boxer models including the /6 (73-76) and the /7 Series (76-84) with the 22mm headlight pivot/ignition switch

A very neat and elegant FlyScreen, discreet yet practical and efficient as it helps reduce wind buffeting around the rider at speed.

The headlight opening is circa 175mm so it will suit both the smaller /5 Series and their 6.5" headlights, the R45/65 7" headlights and the larger /6, /7 & Monolever 8" Bosch headlight.
