This sale includes:
1 x FlatRacer BMW K100 RS fibreglass replica belly pan (NO fitting hardware included - optional) - WHITE
This is a direct replica of the original BMW K100 RS belly pan, fitted as standard on some K100 RS 8v models and the later K100 RS 16v but mostly an expensive option for all other 4 cylinder models.
It offers a great level of protection for the lower part of the engine, especially around the oil/water pump plus it balances the whole design of the bike, giving it a more accomplished sports look.
The FR BMW K100 RS replica belly pan is made of higher quality Lloyd's approved fibreglass (marine use) finished in glossy isophtalic white gel coat (polished glossy black available, see our other listings). Carefully hand finished, special care given to the edges and surfaces, requiring only minimal preparation work (de-greasing and light sanding) prior to primer and painting.
Strong, sturdy, finished to our usual high standards.
Fits:
- All BMW K100 (requires specific K100 RS belly pan fittings or fabricate your own)
- Can be fitted to K1 and K1100 models (4 cylinder Flying Brick K series) with the correct K100 RS mounting brackets.

IMPORTANT:
1 - Fitting hardware kit is NOT included - We do sell an improved fitting kit based on the original, featuring our own stainless steel main brackets and fasteners. Please see our OPTIONS list or our other listings or contact us for more details.
2 - Please also note that originally there was a rust prone mesh fitted on the belly pan front opening. If you wish to fit such item, a universal alloy mesh can be easily bent and shaped to size and glued in pace, as with the original.
3 - Please be aware that this is a bulky item thus the higher shipping costs due to its big volumetric weight. We will very gladly combine shipping costs as other smaller items can be shipped for little or no additional costs. Please do contact us with your requirements for an accurate quote.
