Our newly developed stainless steel fitting kit for the original and our own GRP replica belly pan, fitted to the BMW K100 RS models.
Complete fitting hardware kit including our own improved design main bracket, made entirely of stainless steel plate of 1.5 & 2mm thick plate, much stronger and obviously rust proof unlike the fragile originals (1mm mild steel plate) which rusted notoriously.
It includes all the required fittings and stainless steel fasteners for a straight forward fit on any BMW K series 4 cylinder model (1983-1996).
The kit includes:
- 1 x FlatRacer stainless steel main bracket assembly, TIG and spot welded
- 4 x M8 stainless steel rivnuts, pre-fitted (upper side mounts)
- 4 x M8 flanged button head bolts & rubber washers (upper side mounts)
- 2 x M8 rubber grommets, pre-fitted (RH lower mounts)
- 2 x M8 s/s studs + nyloc nuts & washers (RH lower mounts)
- 1 x M8 large rubber mounting bobbin (LH lower mount)
- 1 x M8 s/s flanged button head bolt, spring and plain washers
- 1 x Large rubber grommet (pre-fitted) + inner M6 nylon sleeve (LH upper rear mount)
- 1 x M6 nylon spacer (LH upper rear mount)
- 1 x M6 s/s bolt, wave washer + 2 x M6 penny washers (LH upper rear mount)

Complete fitting kit for the original BMW K100 RS belly pan, which fits either the earlier 8v model pan or the later 16v version.
Replaces the original fitting kit which is often found damaged, distorted, rusted or even rotten beyond being safely usable as it is positioned in a very vulnerable area, trapping road debris and water. Our kit is much stronger and rust proof being made of stainless steel.
